Cindy's Kitchen of Brockton may have just won the award for the world's best salad dressing! I stumbled upon this brand at Whole Foods recently and it was like discovering a hundred dollar bill in an old coat pocket. This dressing is unbelievably delicious and has had me eating salads for nearly every meal.
The Original Creamy Miso dressing is in fact very creamy, and isn't overpoweringly flavored with miso. The dressing is totally gluten free, dairy free and while it appears to be vegan, the company doesn't explicitly say that it is vegan. If you are struggling to find a dressing that is not too heavy and packed with calories but satisfies your creamy craving, I highly recommend getting your hands on a bottle!
